Our story began with a dear friend and mentor, Santa Mike “Butch” Pope, whose heart and joy touched countless families across Long Island. For years, he brought smiles to children, spreading kindness and Christmas cheer wherever he went. Sadly, he passed away just before the holiday season last year — but his spirit lives on in everything we do.

Santa Mike personally coached and taught Santa Charles, passing down his wisdom, warmth, and that unmistakable twinkle in his eye. Today, we carry on his legacy — not just by wearing the red suit, but by sharing the same love and joy that he poured into every visit.

At Santa Charles & Friends, we’re honored to continue his tradition of bringing Christmas magic to homes, schools, and community events all across Long Island. From sing-alongs and storytelling to laughter, dancing, and unforgettable moments, our mission is simple:
